This week saw the completion of a very prestigious project for Arkell’s Brewery. After months of creativity and planning, we completed the works in time for a visit from HRH Duchess of Cornwall, who officially opened the centre, and the new on-site shop.
This project saw the use of various materials and techniques, from textured ceiling art which we created by photographing and scanning timeless pieces of archived material, to a hand painted chalk design, depicting the method of making beer. Hand painted stencils and the refurbishment of some 30 year old signs were among the specialist ways that we applied our skills to make sure that this project was finished to the exacting requirements and standards that our client wanted.
The modern information panels and external signage complemented the aged environment beautifully. We finished the project with an etched brass plaque for the actual opening, measuring at nearly a metre wide, this had to be carefully lifted into position before final polishing ahead of the event.
A great example of working to a critical deadline and we are very proud to have been involved. If you have a branding project and don’t know where to start – come and see us, we can offer great advice together with great coffee.
